NWKL CHALLENGE

The Annual Ladies v Gents NWKL Challenge will be held on Thursday 2nd September. This year's theme is Black & White. Please place you names on the list on the clubs notice board.

LX SECTION

W&P lost to West Wickham 36 - 43 in the final of the
Ron Ault Trophy at Bromley B.C on Thursday 19th August.

BOWLS ENGLAND NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS 2010

(Womens)

Kent County Womens B.A Singles Champion Pat Andrews  travels to Leamington to compete for the national title on the 12th August. Pats 1st round is against Worcestershire A Shirley Purvis (Worcester Ladies BC) 12.30pm.

Commiserations to Pat losing round 2 to Sandra Parker, Worcs who earlier in the week won the National Pairs Championship partnering Oriole Hocking.

KCBA SINGLES FINAL

Dave King lost the final of the KCBA singles at Aylesham & Snowdon B.C. 7th August to last years runner up
Matt Lonie (Folkstone Pk) 21 -12.

Dave also goes to the Mens National championships at Worthing on the 26th August, his 1st round is against Cumbria B - Ricky Gallager 9.30am.
