Wednesday 1st February 2012
We was one member short so the Royals found us one of there members who played for us.
One of our members turned up in greys instead of whites as they have the builders indoors, I promised not to mention his name so I wont but his wife Margaret said I should fine him.
It was another great afternoon, great company, a great meal and they bowled great, our only success was F Brown, V Meningen, T Dodd, and skip T Buckingham our only winning rink, well done them.

I firstly would like to thank you all for turning up after the date mix up.
Not a lot to say about this match except it was not to far to travel and the coffee was not bad.
Our best rink only lost by 5 shots so well done to P.Farrier, J.Nottage, R.Burton & A. McPherson.
Our last indoor match is at Tonbridge Wells Wednesday 1st February. I'm looking forward to this and our 1st win.

Another indoor game another thrashing?
Not so. We bowled well this afternoon against good bowlers & good company. It would be unfair to mention names but only rink lost heavily, I played on that rink and to top it all as I left the green someone said Millwall lost 6-0 so it was a very disappointing afternoon for myself but I still enjoyed myself and I was very pleased with all our bowlers.
The best rink had to play with 3 bowlers and after deducting 25 percent of their score they still won by 6 shots.
Well done to M.Filer, P.Wilson & S.Parkin.
Rinks: W&P 2 Stone Lodge 3 Draw 1
Shots: W&P 93 Stone Lodge 117
We are getting closer each time, bring on White Oaks.
Well done to you all and thanks
